I would recommend Marina Asylum @ IJ, but I don't know if it classifies as giant since that's subject to opinion. It's a little big, but not overwhelmingly so, and tags aren't fast enough to be intimidating.

...yeah we can get that sometimes. But it's usually more filteredness and more action stuff that easily skipped over.

It's going well! The RPs going well and we've gained a few more people. I believe the character limit recently hit over 150, though I could be wrong on that. But it's not so fast that it's possible to miss things or feel swamped thanks to the time setting.
